Graham is an Independent Member and was appointed to the KPA in 2007.

Graham lives in Folkestone, served a full career in the Army and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2002. Following retirement he was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Shepway Primary Care Trust (PCT) and was Vice Chairman of the PCT and Chairman of the PCT Risk Management Committee.

Towards the end of his Army Service Graham trained and qualified as a Management Consultant with the Institute of Administrative Management. He was an Awards Assessor for the British Quality Foundation’s Excellence Model and has a particular interest in Risk Management and in Governance.
