Agreeing contractual matters
The Chief Officer's Committee deals with the contracts of employment and terms and conditions that Chief Officers work in accordance with.
Chief Officers include the Chief Constable, Deputy Chief Constable, Assistant Chief Constables and the Director of Finance.
The Chief Officer's Committee is typically held in private due to the discussion of contractual matters. Approximately four Chief Officer Committee meetings are held each year.
