Caroline Wells

Coming from a financial services background, Caroline has worked in complaints organisations for most of her career.

She has worked for the Personal Investment Authority Ombudsman Bureau, and is now at the Financial Ombudsman Service – an independent body with the power to settle individual complaints between consumers and businesses providing financial services.

In 2006 Caroline was appointed to the role of PR and Communications Manager. She has a team of twelve; working with her to promote better complaint handling in the financial services sector, and raise consumer awareness of the service. Caroline is also involved in ensuring the accessibility of the service to all.
