Audit & Governance Committee
The Audit and Governance Committee monitors Kent Police's income and spending. The committee is also responsible for all other financial matters.
Chief Officer Committee
The Chief Officer's Committee deals with the contracts of employment and terms and conditions that Chief Officers work in accordance with.
Full Authority Meeting
Full Authority meetings involve all members who make key decisions, considering the most significant and strategic policies for policing.
Standards Committee
The Standards Committee, oversees the behaviour and advises Kent Police Authority on its Code of Conduct.
Policing Performance Committee
The Policing Performance Committee reviews and monitors policing performance in the county.
Human Resources Committee
The Human Resources Committee monitors the management of Officers and staff (human resources) within Kent Police.
Joint Statutory Committee
Kent and Essex Police Authorities and Forces have agreed to work in partnership for the benefit of the public.
Professional Standards Committee
The Professional Standards Committee maintains standards and handles complaints for Kent Police.
Public Services Group
The Public Services Group has been established to develop and improve how policing feels to the public.
