One of our main roles is to make sure Kent Police provide efficient and effective policing. In doing so the Authority has to develop a number of plans and policies.

Our Policing Plan

The Policing Plan is a three year strategy for policing in Kent and Medway that includes a comprehensive set of objectives, measures and future performance targets for the current year. You can also read our public friendly version our Policing Plan newspaper 2010.
